Robertson Signs Contract with NFL's Tampa Bay Bucs

With the 2016 NFL Draft now wrapped up, teams across the nation have begun picking undrafted free agents. University of West Georgia offensive lineman Dominique Robertson has signed a contract as an undrafted free agent with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Robertson Signs Contract with NFL's Tampa Bay BucsRobertson had plenty of pre-draft buzz after his impressive numbers at the NFL Scouting Combine and another impressive showing at the UWG Pro Day.

As a senior for the Wolves this past season, "Big Dom" was the leader of a dominant offensive line that paved the way for 3,083 yards on the ground and 34 rushing touchdowns. The West Georgia offense averaged 36.7 points per game on their way to a second straight appearance in the NCAA Semifinals.

The 6’5”, 305 pound tackle was named All-GSC, All-South Region, and All-American last season for West Georgia.

The details of the contracts signed have not yet been released. Robertson joins former UWG standouts Tory Slater and Tyrell Adams as the third player to finish their UWG career under head coach Will Hall and sign as undrafted free agents.
