“Winning the golden microphone was a major accomplishment for the station and especially for myself and the department,” said The WOLF’s Social Media Director Kayla Morris. “Being the first social media director for the station was a big undertaking, but it's all worth it when I see the fruits of my and my department's labor.”

The 75th Annual IBS International Conference took place in New York City on March 6-8, 2015, and the awards ceremony took place on Saturday, March 7, in the afternoon. IBS received four times the number of entries from last year, making the competition even stiffer this year. Due to The WOLF’s dedicated and hard-working staff, they were among the top 10 percent of all submissions received in addition to winning the the most prized award.
