Student Radio Station Hosts Annual WOLFstock Festival The annual event is sponsored by the Mass Communications Society and featured an impressive lineup. DJ Reese, Patterson West and Death of Paris are only a few of the great up-and-coming artists that played at WOLFstock.

“DJ Showtime was really interesting, and I liked him a lot,” says Sid Sanford, a junior at UWG. “Everyone’s really great.”

WOLFstock goers also participated in many games including corn hole and laser tag, and even a mechanical bull was available for the most daring guests. For those wanting a more calm experience, a camel was on-site for petting and public viewing.

“This is a really great event for everyone to come out to,” says volunteer Larry Bell, who conducted the corn hole game and assisted in giving away prizes. “It is a great day and there is a lot being given away. I am a mass communications student and I am really happy to be a part of this event.”

The WOLF Internet Radio began in April 2010 and has been hosting WOLFstock since 2011. For more information on The WOLF or WOLFstock, please visit www.westga.edu/~thewolf/.
