Mark Bowman ’70 ’76 '80 (BA, M.Ed., Ed.S.) received a Ph.D. in biblical counseling in 2014. He has served at Bellevue Baptist Church in Cordova, Tennessee for 14 years providing counseling to the Memphis residents. He and his wife Linda live in Bartlett, TN.

Daniel Jackson ’74 (BS business administration), Carroll County Chamber President/CEO was named as a Georgia Certified Chamber Executive for the Georgia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. This designation exemplifies excellence and professionalism of Georgia’s Chamber executives based on experience, service to GACCE, training/continuing education, and personal achievement.

R. David Ware '76 (BA English) recently became a partner at the law firm Ichter Kresky & Associates, LLC. David spent the last seven years as the county attorney for Fulton County, Georgia's largest county. David led a team of 25 lawyers and staff as county attorney, and the Board of Commissioners also asked him to assume the role of CEO of the county, with a $1 billion budget for a year. David's practice will concentrate in the areas of trial work in complex matters and other general litigation. He lives in Atlanta.

James Fowler ’77 ’94 ’96 (BS, MS, Ed.S.) is retired and spends his days playing golf and having wonderful family time with his grandson Payton. He now lives in Rotunda West, Florida, and said, “Thanks WGC for all you did for me. I love that place!”
