During the 17th annual Research Day, undergraduate students from six colleges and seven divisions presented their faculty-sponsored research. The top three works from each division were then honored at the 2015 edition of Big Night, which took place on April 14 at the Campus Center. Read more ...

R2R is an event in collaboration with Jimmie Johnson Racing where science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) converge to teach the parallels between aerospace and racing science.

“NASCAR is the most attended sport; think Super Bowl every single weekend,” said Dr. Lester Morales, NASA–Kennedy Space Center education professional development specialist. “It is the only sport where you get to see engineering in action during the competition.” Read more ...

After a few test runs at different organizational events, my heart chose the policy debate team.

This year marks the 80th anniversary of UWG debate, and I couldn’t be more excited than to be a part of such a milestone. Becoming a member of the debate team is probably one of the best decisions I have made thus far in my scholastic career. Read more ...
